ABOUT CATHY

Cathy’s fitness journey began as a sanctuary from the demands of delivering for others. What started as a personal outlet evolved into a passion for movement and mindfulness, leading her to become a yoga teacher and now, a Lagree instructor.

Her mission is to help others navigate life’s transitions by creating a motivating environment where students connect with their body and mind, growing stronger with every session.
